Taylor started her YouTube career first through the recording of an ASMR video using her smartphone. PewDiePie included her in an online gaming video not long after she reached 50,000 subscribers approximately 1 1/2 months after launching the initial video. Taylor's Youtube channel had reached 100,000 users in 2 months. Taylor ceased to produce videos and uploaded them to the internet in private. Her main reasons were technical problems, equipment problems, and she became overwhelmed by her fame. In July 2017, she released another very popular video ASMR 20 Triggers to Help to Sleep (38 million views as of the month of August, 2022). In August 2017 Shane Dawson interviewed her and she soon reached one million YouTube subscribers. Wired UK estimates that her YouTube advertising revenue was $1,000 per week during February of 2019.

Helfer was raised in the rural area of Donalda, Alberta, Canada, to Dennis and Elaine Helfer. [2] She is from German, English, Swedish and Norwegian descent. She was a student at William E. Hay Composite High School located in Stettler, Alberta. Together with the help of her sisters Trena Tammy Tara and Tammy Tara, she lived as a farm worker on the farm owned by her family.
